Coconut, coconut, coconut! Who doesn’t like coconut? Well they are couple people out there who actually don’t like it and if you one of those people then sorry this isn’t for you.

This one is for the people, like me, who goes coco for COCONUTS!

See what I did there? *insert chuckle*

But seriously this drink is a full coconut blast to your taste buds. It has an amazing tropical flavor, its packed with great stuff (yes, I am talking about alcohol), and if it’s hot out, or you’re on the beach lying in the sun, or by the riverside, or on your front porch… this is the perfect drink for the day. So let’s cut all the jibber-jabbing and get to mixing!

What you need:

• 2 shots Traveller’s Kuknut (Coconut) Rum

• 4 cups Coconut water

• 1 cup Coconut cream

• Ice

• Blender

MEK WE MIX UP THEN!

First thing we will be doing is getting our coconut water, so you if you have a coconut tree I’ll wait for you to go cut some coconuts down. You back? Ok good. I went and did the same -- as you can see in the pictures below – cut my own fresh coconuts & drained the fresh water into a jug.

If you don’t have a coconut tree or access to any fresh coconut water, don’t worry the ‘freshly-Canned’ coconut water available at your grocery store will do the job.

You’ll pour your coconut water into the blender, then add your coconut cream, and rum. Add 2 cups of ice, and blend until smooth.

This will make about 4 drinks. Just enough to either share with a friend, or to get yourself “Coconut Wasted” alone!
